MyUS - What customer service???
I ordered from Mac Cosmetic's US website as the items are cheaper there compared to the German one. My parcel then arrived on June 14th at the MyUs facility in Florida. I still haven't gotten an email whatsoever that they had gotten it. I now have contacted their customer service multiple times and still have no answer. The phone number is a right joke as all they say is "if you need help just head to the website"... I mean??
I feel stupid for still choosing MyUs even after thinking it might be a scam.
if you know how I can resolve this or get my money back please help me.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
MyUS Cons: Customer service, Pathetic customer service, Worst service, High shipping cost.
