Warning to avoid dealing with MyUS.com
this is a warning to any body whom wants to make a mistake and subscribe to myus.com, don't ever deal with them, i bought a motherboard, shipped it to them, yet they are holding it for more than one month now, claiming it's on export review, i tried all ways to get them ship the board without any success until now
further more, they take 50$ from me for what they are claiming an export
exception for a network switch, when i asked them to send me a receipt or any document proofs what they did, they didn't send me any thing
further more, they playing with the way they send the parcel to you to force you pay more money, they picked 2 parcels and sent it to me through postal services, i had to wait for 3 weeks, go to postal office many times until i was able to locate the packages and pick them, when i asked them about that and requested them to avoid sending packages this way, they said this what happens when you select the cheapest way, which means they want me to use more expensive ways for sending
the packages, in short they want more money
so again, don't deal with this company
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $1000.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
MyUS Cons: Fees, Poor policies, Very bad experience.

Why do you need export information for a motherboard? I've been in the export business for over 10 years and never heard such a bad excuse.
