This is my first time using MyUS.com and i was told i could consolidate my packages. I shipped items but your team tells me i have to upgrade my plan before i can consolidate.

I purchase JBL speakers on myus website and I did the payments of 174 euros but they didn't place the order. They send me an email that there was an error and they couldn't place the order.
I requested to refund but till now no refund yet. I sent many emails but no use asking debit card details.

Check packages sent internationally
I was just writing in to find out you have four of my packages. Sent there three of them from Temu one from SHEIN I was wondering how much it cost to send them to where I need to send them thats what I was wanting somebody to inform call me and inform me about so if you would either text message me and Ill tell you where it needs to go and you can give me a cost or do I get this for joining you joining up with you?
You say that you keep it in the warehouse for 30 days but I need to know the cost for I can see if I can ship it if I cant ship it that it needs to go back to those companies to return for my refund so please let me know something. Thank you just text.

I can not visit my personal account for last 6-7 months.Because of Invalid Credentials mistake, password and email are absolutely correct. I even tried to reset or change my password,but could not to because of Invalid Credentials again.
So I can not cancel my subscription.
You have no any rights to withdraw money from account for subscription, because you do not provide me an access to my account, give my money back. If you dont, my bank manager will start CHARGEBACK PROCESS!!!

I m writing this message i have been trying to pay my bill thats been due and all i have been getting is all type of bs saying the that i have to pay by money order or transfer witch of both i dont have i can only pay by my debit card i updated my card when it popped up onscreen nothing happened.
