MyUS.COM does not desserve your business. They do not realize that Customers Pay Their Salaries.
I've been a customer with a "Premium Status" since 2019 with 100's of packages forwarded to "KUwait". Being a corporate customer to both DHL and FedEx and I know what corporate rates are, MyUS.COM international shipping prices is a rip off. I have forgiven them for this all these years, until a MAJOR mishap when they improperly packaged a shipment that resulted in Severe Damage -- the fact that forced me to rebuy and reship the same item again on my own expense. The item costs US$50 paid twice.
Shipping around US$100 each, paid Twice. All I got from MyUS is that they apolgize! How good is that to a premium 5-year customer paying memberships and high-cost shipping. I decided to clsoe my account with MyUS and take my buisiness elsewhere.
They do not deserve your penny. My recommendation to you, do not use them. They'll let you down when you need them. They will always find ways to find you negligant, i.e.
not buying insurance, and crap like this, escaping from their responsibility as a shipping company to do proper packaging. Read other reviews to be sure of what I say.

Good company but poor Customer Service
I have found MyUS to be a good service and with reasonable pricing, so long as everything works however, if theres a hiccup . .
wow, problem handling is something they really need to work on.
USPS successful delivered my package to MyUS but it didn't show up in my MyUS suite so I contacted them through their WhatsApp channel and online chat channel, providing all relevant information.
I had to contact them several time over the next few weeks to ask for an update they just kept telling me 1-2 days more . . . 1-2 days more.
All they needed to do was contact me communicate with me . . but nothing.
I had to instigate every call and re-explain my case.
Ended up they lost my package but hey, these things happen so I asked, so I queried whats next?
Again no response. A big problem is that they will not provide any phone number for direct contact or even a case handler email address to communicate with them - you have to use the online chat.
Its a disaster.
I dont want to be too negative because in the end, they fully reimbursed me for my lost merchandise, but it left a sour taste due to the very poor handling of their customer services processes.
User's recommendation: I would still use MyUS but I'll have to cross my fingers that deliveries don't go missing or I don't have reason to use their customer service.

I had similar experiences. They held my items hostage for a month without customer service help.
They sent an email confirmation to ship 4 packages, but only sent 2. I paid full shipping cost and the remaining two was still in my suite. They later ask for more money to ship the remaining packages out. NON-existent customer service, bad company.
Just stealing money from customers. AVOID at all costs.
