Resolved: MyUS - Don’t reply email live chat never get connected
After 30mins wait for live chat, a customer service picked up my call and they found my package in few hours later by email. Not happy with the live chat system, better mention if customs need to wait that long.
But satisfie with their customer service. Thank you.
Where is my package?! I ordered fm amazon sent to MyUs 4 days ago, but still not receiving my package in my suite.
I paid extra money for amazon for express delivery but MyUs lost it now. Don’t reply email , live chat every get connected. Can some one help me what can I do?
I’m very regret to to trust the Facebook advertising,they are not trustable. Pls teach me what can I do, they don’t respond me but my package is urgent!!
